How do I place my order?

Answer: Place an order at www.shoppesopen365.com

Choose one item and click on the “Add to Cart” button, if you want to buy a variety of colors, add them into the cart one by one.

Continue to checkout: Choose the payment method you want to use. Page will direct you to make payment.

Input your shipping address, email address and phone number and click 'Continue'.

Verify whether your information is correct.

Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.

Please feel free to email us with any special requests or questions.

I have a special request for my order. How do I do that?

Answer: You can add your special requests in the 'Comments' box at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. Write your request as clearly as possible and we will do our best to comply.

How do I change an order after it has been placed?

Answer: If you want to revise any information with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made after shipment.

How can I cancel an order?

Answer: Any cancellation on the order please email us: cs@shoppesopen365.com. Please make sure to email us before shipment. We can’t process a full refund if the order has been shipped.

Why don't I get a confirmation / shipping email?

Answer: After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. We ask you to review your items and shipment address. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam box.

To ensure that our emails do not go to your spam/junk folder cs@shoppesopen365.com to your email address list.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX and PayPal when checking out.

How can I make orders with a promotional code?

Answer: If you have a promotional code. Once in “add to cart”, below your order is a “Promotional Code” box. Enter the code and click “apply”. Your discount will appear to the right.

What should I do when I cannot complete the payment via PayPal?

Answer: If you have any issues with your payment, please feel free to contact us with your order details.

Answer: Yes!

When will my order be processed?

Answer: We have warehouses all over the world, so all orders are handled and shipped according to the customer's address nearby. Orders will be processed within 24 hours and all orders will be shipped out within 3-7 business days.  Due to global shipping issues deliveries may be delayed beyond the standard 7 business days.
